Our Citizenship Classes help you prepare for the English and civics portions of the naturalization interview.
Classes combine English practice, civics instruction, and interview preparation so you can build the knowledge and confidence you need for your USCIS interview.

Need more English practice before starting Citizenship Class?
Our English for Civics & Citizenship course helps you strengthen your English while learning important vocabulary and communication skills related to the naturalization process.
Your English level and program needs will be discussed during orientation.
A mock interview gives you an opportunity to practice the naturalization interview in a supportive setting before your actual USCIS appointment.
You will work one-on-one with a trained CCT team member and practice the types of questions and communication you may experience during the interview.
Some naturalization applicants may qualify for an exemption from the English language requirement based on their age and length of time as a lawful permanent resident.
For eligible applicants, CCT offers citizenship preparation in Spanish and other languages.

Preparing for citizenship involves more than studying for the interview.
CCT helps clients understand the naturalization process and take the next steps toward applying for U.S. citizenship. We regularly organize N-400 application workshops in partnership with trusted legal service providers.
During these workshops, qualified legal partners can help eligible applicants complete, review, and submit Form N-400, answer questions about the application process, and provide guidance on filing fees, fee reductions, or fee waivers when applicable.
When additional legal assistance is needed, CCT can also connect clients with trusted immigration legal service providers for further support.
